Respectful, consistent support

Cleaning support that fits your plan, not the other way around

For NDIS participants, letting someone into your home for household tasks assistance is different from booking a regular clean — it needs to be someone you can trust, someone who shows up when they say they will, and someone who works around your routine rather than disrupting it.

Trust, stated plainly

Every cleaner is police-checked before their first booking
Same cleaner assigned to your booking where possible, not a rotating roster
Insured, and happy to coordinate directly with carers or support coordinators
We're a small, direct team — you're dealing with people, not a call centre

Please note: we are not currently a registered NDIS provider. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants only. If your plan requires a registered provider, we may not be the right fit — but feel free to reach out and ask.

Common questions

NDIS Cleaning FAQ

Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Not currently. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If your plan requires a registered provider specifically, we're honestly not the right fit yet — happy to point you toward that requirement if you're not sure which category you fall under.
Do I need to provide proof of my plan?
No formal proof is required to book — if you're plan-managed and want us to invoice your plan manager directly, just let us know their details in your booking notes.
Can a support worker or family member book on my behalf?
Yes, this is common — just use their contact details when booking and note that you're booking on behalf of the participant.
Can I request the same cleaner every visit?
We aim to assign the same cleaner to recurring NDIS bookings wherever possible, since routine and familiarity matter more here than for a typical clean. Let us know if this is important to you when you book.
