How does FIFO cleaning fit around my roster?
We schedule around your swing, not a fixed weekly day — tell us your roster pattern when you book and we'll line up visits with your time home.
What happens if my roster or flight dates change?
Just let us know as early as you can — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule where possible, since rosters shift often we're used to adjusting around them.
Do I need to be home for a FIFO clean?
No — tell us how to get in (key, lockbox, or access code) and where to park, and we'll take care of it while you're away or on shift.
Will the house smell like chemicals when I land back home?
No — biodegradable, non-toxic products throughout, so there's no strong fume smell waiting for you after a long swing away.
