1. We clean to a bond-back standard

Every job follows the same checklist below, regardless of who's inspecting — no guessing what "bond-ready" means.

2. Your agent does the inspection

If they flag a cleaning issue on the condition report, send it to us within 7 days of the clean.

3. We come back, free

We re-clean the flagged areas at no charge. The guarantee covers cleaning only — it doesn't cover pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or garden/exterior work.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — most vacate cleans happen with the property empty. Just let us know how we'll get in (lockbox, agent key collection, etc.) when you book.
What happens if the agent isn't happy?
We offer one of the longest 100% bond-back guarantees in the business. If your real estate agent or landlord is unhappy with the cleaning, we will return for free within 7 days to fix the problem.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
Not by default — it's a common add-on for vacate cleans and many lease agreements specifically require it. Mention it when you request your quote and we'll include it in the fixed price.
How is the price worked out if it's not hourly?
Bond-back scope depends on more than just room count — whether the property's empty or still furnished, general condition, and carpet all affect the job. We quote from your actual property details rather than guessing with a flat hourly rate.
